Tower

Low Season £450 per week

January, February, March, November, December (except Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter)


Mid Season £500 per week

April, May, First and Second Week of June, Third Week of September onwards, October (except Monaco Grand Prix)


High Season £550 per week

Third Week of June, July, August, First Two Weeks of September. Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter, Monaco Grand Prix

Prices include all electricity, gas, water, caretaker charges, cleaning on departure and bed linen.


We appreciate that travel patterns are changing, with the introduction of low cost flights and mid week bargains. We understand that you may want to stay for a short period or midweek to midweek. We are very flexible in our approach and will consider any dates you propose - you can even stay for one night if you wish!

Please be aware, however, that, for stays of less than one week, there will be a charge for cleaning in addition to the pro-rata charge for the apartment. The above prices are based on 2 people sharing one bed - add an extra £70 to these figures for 3 or 4 people requiring 2 beds.  This is to cover the cost of additional towels, linen and cleaning.
